We have used Joskos for many years and we are very satisfied with their level of service. They supported us 100% with our new build in 2011 so that when we moved in we were 100% functioning. We have a very knowledgeable technician who comes and supports us for three hours a week on a Tuesday and helps us to implement any new ideas we may have. When we have had emergencies in the past, we had a flood in the server room, their response time was phenomenal.”
