“Prior to the school using Joskos we had constant problems with the reliability of our ICT. This has led to children missing learning opportunities as well as some staff being reluctant to use ICT as part of their lessons.
When problems arose, it took a long time to get them sorted out and ICT was mainly used only as a teaching tool. Now we have fast and reliable ICT that is used to enhance learning in all subjects. The teachers, governors and pupils have all commented on the difference to the ICT.
The ICT technicians’ hours have been reduced since working with Joskos as there are fewer issues and any that do occur are sorted very quickly- sometimes before we even know that we have them.
The Governors carried out a very thorough tendering process that they had an outside independent consultant assess. They found Joskos were providing the best solution to our school. Joskos provided the best value for money as well as offering a solution that gave us a long-term capacity to improve.
I would recommend Joskos for a number of reasons: Firstly they are a company that has our complete trust. When they say that they are going to do something they do it. They are very honest when they talk us. I am not an IT specialist and they have literally spent hours explaining why one solution is better for us than another.
Secondly: They genuinely care that the solution that they give the school is the right one. It is not about how much money they can get out of you. In fact they recommended many cheaper options to us when we did not need the most expensive ones.
Thirdly:  the customer service from the managing director to the installation team has been second to none. I can not fault this at all.
Finally we have a system that does exactly what we wanted it to at the start of the process and it came in under budget as well.”
