Joskos works with schools, colleges and Trusts across the UK, helping them use technology to improve education.

That means business development here isn’t simply about selling products.

You’ll learn how to understand what customers need, build genuine relationships and work with experienced colleagues to find solutions to real challenges facing education.

We’re doing recruitment a little differently too.

Rather than relying entirely on a traditional interview, shortlisted graduates will be invited to an Assessment Day where you can meet the team, take part in activities and show us who you really are.

There are no trick questions.

We want to see how you communicate, collaborate, approach challenges and interact with the people around you.

Most importantly, we want you to be yourself.
